You'll be the first voice our customers hear when they've started but not completed an application.

Your job is to re-engage them, guide them through their options, and make sure they feel supported to move forward.This is a super easy role with a clear script to follow — perfect for someone looking to get into office work for the first time.Day-to-day, you will : Call customers with incomplete applications and follow the script to guide them through next steps.Help customers choose simple options (e.g. payslips instead of bank link, uploading their licence, or selecting a vehicle).

Keep customer records updated in the CRM so the team can progress applications smoothly.Work closely with deal makers and sales support to ensure fast turnaround and happy customers.Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.About YouNo experience necessary – just bring a positive attitude and a clear phone manner.Great communicator who enjoys talking to people.Comfortable following a script and keeping calls on track.Organised, with good attention to detail for updating CRM records.Positive, resilient, and eager to learn.What We OfferCompetitive salary (approx. $50,000 per year depending on experience).
