You will work closely with the company team to drive store expansion, brand promotion, and daily operations, participating deeply in the entire brand-building process.

Requirements

Passion for the F&B industry and a willingness to commit long-term

Experience in store management, operations, or marketing preferred

Responsible and capable of handling tasks independently

Good teamwork and communication skills

Candidates with F&B or entrepreneurial backgrounds are highly welcomed

Job Responsibilities Include

Participate in store operation and management training

Assist in identifying and securing new store locations

Support store operations, staff training, and standard execution

Involve in brand social media and marketing activities

Assist in new store opening preparation and day-to-day operations

Support recruitment and training of young partners

Candidates who complete training and assessments may be promoted to partner status.

Headquarters will fund the capital and operational costs for new store openings.

Eligible candidates will be granted store equity (30% – 49%)
