Job description

Henry Schein One is on a mission to transform the dental industry in New Zealand with the launch of Dentally — our cutting-edge, cloud-based practice management software.

Already trusted by over 80% of the NZ dental market through our legacy product Exact, we’re now looking for another Regional Business Manager to join our team and help practices modernise by making the switch to Dentally.

This is your chance to join a global leader with local strength, and play a key role in one of the most exciting transitions in NZ dental tech.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be instrumental in growing our Dentally customer base across New Zealand. This role has a dual focus :

  • Identifying and closing new opportunities across the dental sector, especially independent and group practices
  • Use industry insights and data to challenge flawed beliefs and shift decision-makers' perspectives
  • Working consultatively with our large base of existing Exact customers, helping them understand the value of moving to Dentally
  • Build trusted relationships and uncover needs through deep discovery
  • Confidently lead commercial conversations using ROI and value-based selling
  • Present compelling business cases and product demonstrations
  • Create urgency and influence decision-making in a consultative, respectful way
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a consultative sales professional with a challenger mindset and a passion for digital transformation. You’re not just a closer — you’re a strategic partner.

You’ll ideally have :

  • Proven B2B sales success – ideally in SaaS or professional software industries
  • Strong emotional intelligence, commercial acumen, and natural curiosity
  • A hunter mentality combined with the finesse to guide existing customers through change
  • Experience using value-based and ROI-led sales techniques
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Industry experience in dental, medical, accounting, legal or similar sectors (advantageous)
  • Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a major product launch with the support of a dominant existing market presence
  • Help lead the digital transformation of over 80% of NZ dental practices
  • Join a global Fortune 500 business with a strong local team and flexible working
  • Work on fast-moving, high-impact projects that make a difference
  • Competitive salary + uncapped OTE + long-term growth opportunities
  • Seniority level : Not Applicable

    Employment type : Full-time

Job function : Sales and Business Development
