The Work You'll Own

This isn't just a patch job.

You'll be out in the fieldmaking real, lasting contributions to the power network.

From the installationand replacement of poles and overhead conductors, to maintaining andoverhauling hardware up to 110kV, you'll be trusted to get the job done safely,efficiently, and to the highest standards.

You'll also operate ground and structure mounted equipmentup to 33kV and develop clear, practical work plans that keep everything moving even when the weather doesn't cooperate.

More Than the Tools You're the Backbone of the Crew

Yes, you'll be on the tools but you'll also be the steadyhand your team relies on.

You'll provide day to day guidance, support, andhands on leadership, making sure the right people are in the right places, andthe work is delivered to plan.

You'll also play a key role in linking theday to day grind with the bigger picture : safety, quality, customersatisfaction, and Northpower's long term success.

Experience

Provenexperience working on overhead lines and pole structures

Strongunderstanding of electrical network construction and maintenance

Confidenceoperating equipment up to 33kV

Amindset that prioritises safety above all else — and the authority to stopwork if something's not right

Leadershipqualities — you're someone who steps up and sets the tone

Theability to complete paperwork and reports accurately (we don't love admin,but we know it matters)
