We specialise in new implementations and upgrades to cloud-based industry-specific solutions, powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 .

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our Microsoft Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing technical managed services and enhancement delivery within the D365 CE ecosystem. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies.

We require a NZ Citizen for this one.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end support and enhancement of D365 CE and integration solutions, ensuring timely delivery and within-budget.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform and associated technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the managed services team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical delivery commitments made by DXC to clients.
• Ensure seamless execution of services and solutions by understanding the offering thoroughly, addressing technical queries, and managing delivery expectations.
• Establish trust with clients, understand technical objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Accountable for productivity and efficiency goals, leveraging automation, analytics, and data-driven insights.
• Act as a hands‑on delivery lead, diving into details to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
• Collaborate with capability and offering teams to bring innovative technologies and ideas to the table.
• Build and manage quality discipline across services, ensuring consistent excellence.
• Lead the team, focusing on engagement, skill development, and recognition.
