About the Role

This critical contract role centres on strengthening IT risk management, with a specific focus on categorisation control and insurance. You'll join a highly trusted team, contributing to enhanced technology governance and assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT risk categorisation processes to align with broader enterprise risk frameworks.
Manage technology-related insurance and control governance initiatives.
Provide strategic IT risk advisory to key stakeholders across the business.
Drive consistent risk reporting and ensure alignment with policy and regulatory standards.
Support uplift in risk systems and documentation within defined project timelines.

Key Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience in IT risk, technology governance, or assurance roles.

Strong knowledge of categorisation control and IT insurance processes.

Ability to interpret and apply compliance and risk frameworks effectively.

Skilled at influencing and communicating with senior internal stakeholders.

Previous experience in financial services or large-scale public sector environments is ideal.

Capable of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
