This is an exciting opportunity to join Health New Zealand and play a crucial role in recruitment, directly contributing to achieving national health targets.

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will provide operational recruitment guidance, advice, and support to people leaders.

You will be responsible for delivering candidate-centric recruitment services, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Additionally, you will support junior team members and lead portfolio-specific projects and recruitment events.

You'll have autonomy to run your portfolio but have fantastic support from a strong team, who laugh a lot, but also relish in the challenge of finding & hiring great health professionals for our front-line services - rewarding job purpose and satisfaction in one!

This is a 12 month fixed term role, based at either Palmerston North Hospital or Whanganui hospital.

The role will primarily manage recruitment of Whanganui vacancies so there will be travel involved if you are based in Palmerston North.
