Our spirit is “loving life” – and that’s what we do – we work with our taiohi to realise this aspiration. We provide health and wellbeing services working with local community support to help taiohi aged 14 to 18 develop life skills and build strong connections, including their school, employer, whānau, and friends.
Full-time role – Hillpark, Auckland
You will be working Monday – Friday. Shift pattern as per below : 8 : 30am – 5pm, Monday, Wednesday & Friday; 11am – 7 : 30pm, Tuesday & Thursday.
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist, preferably with experience in the Youth sector to join our Real Talk programme. You will be reporting to a Team Coach and will be co‑facilitating the Real Talk Group Programme which runs over 10 weeks, offering early interventions for vulnerable taiohi struggling with symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and depression. It is delivered with the intent of teaching skills that will enable them to better manage intense emotions, social stressors and other things that get in the way of everyday life. One‑on‑one support is also offered as part of the service delivery and another key aspect of the role is networking with local communities, schools, and other NGOs.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be drawing on your experience in working with young people, and expertise from a range of treatment modalities to provide therapeutic interventions in supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and well‑being.
