As a Trade Support Team Member, you'll be the heartbeat of the branch providing essential support and clear communication across our trade operations.
You'll work closely with Account Managers, trade customers, and suppliers to ensure a seamless experience.
With a flexible, can-do attitude, you'll manage customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes and pricing, and find solutions to meet customer needsEngage with customers and suppliers face to face, over the phone, and via emailRecommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentationCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track orders and arrange timely deliveriesTake clear briefs from stakeholders and prepare accurate quote documentationCollaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to capture opportunities through daily and weekly planningThis is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours per week.
