In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering the Northpower People Plan within our Energy Services division, partnering with leaders to ensure our people processes, programs, and systems are aligned with our business goals.

This role is ideal for an HR professional seeking to take the next step in their career, with a semi-sole-charge focus to gain hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum, from recruitment and employee relations to learning and development and HR systems, while being supported to develop and grow.
