Whether you\'re building prototypes or helping others do the same, you'll make sure ideas are clearly communicated and grounded in best practices

Support your team's growth through mentoring and clear development paths, while building a positive, high-performing culture.

You\'ll keep projects moving, manage team priorities, and put the right processes in place to help everyone do their best work together

What you need to bring :

We\'re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following :

Prior experience leading design teams, ideally within cross-functional environments

A strong understanding of how design, technology, and product development evolve and work together

Comfortable designing across both digital and physical experiences

Excellent communicator who can clearly explain design decisions

Experienced with Agile, design sprints, and tools like Jira

Confident using tools like Figma, Miro, and the Google Suite for collaboration and prototyping

We know that people are more than what's on their CV.

If you're unsure that you have the right profile for the role... hit the 'Apply' button and give it a try!

A flexible work environment that empowers you to do your best work
