Please note, this is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone with an immediate start date.

This role is open right across NZ and Australia.

About You

As a Technical Consultant specialising in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions and services to clients.

In this role, you'll be involved in multiple projects with various client accounts.

You should be confident in your technical abilities and able to articulate solutions professionally when engaging with customers.

What You'll Bring

Extensive experience with D365 CE

Solid knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing applications; Field Service and Power Apps Portal experience are highly desirable

Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies including .

NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, REST, Web API / Services, SSIS, and Azure technologies; KingswaySoft experience is a plus

Knowledge of data migration methods

Understanding of integration concepts

Experience with typical delivery methodologies

Strong communication skills, with the ability to contribute actively in customer workshops and establish rapport with business and technical clients

Experience in gathering technical requirements, designing solutions, and producing technical designs within Dynamics 365 CE and integrated business platforms

Effective time management skills in a self-driven, agile environment
