Responsibilities

As Trading Manager, oversee shop-floor related activities, including Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and the Price Integrity function.
Work as part of a supportive store management team, report to the Store Manager, and ensure merchandising and trading standards are maintained, the Manager's Trading Plan is delivered, and pricing integrity and availability meet expectations.
Recruit, lead, coach, and motivate the team to thrive, enjoy their work and achieve strong results.
Contribute to creating the look and feel of the store to deliver a great customer experience, together with your team.

Qualifications

Ability to interpret and execute plans.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience as a confident leader.

Aspiring to start a management career with The Warehouse and contribute as part of a team.
