Overview
As the Product Support Representative Senior, you will work with FIS' major banking clients to provide in-depth product support. Supporting a Risk Management / Trading and Compliance Application, you will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application.
About The Team
As a member of the Product Support Team, you will work to support the FIS Risk, Trading and Compliance application by collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries or issues.
What You Will Be Doing
- Work with financial theory and risk management methodologies
- Analyse and solve client issues via phone, ticketing portal and email. By doing so, you will get to know our software, our customers, their needs, and the variety of functional and technical issues that can arise during product development, implementation and post-implementation
- Interact between client, development, sales and product management depending on client issue
What You Will Need
Banking and Financial Industry experienceAsset, Risk and Liability Management experience strongly preferredStrong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills (team player)Any technical knowledge (SQL DBs, Web Apps on IIS, AWS / Azure Cloud, Splunk, etc.) will be an advantageKnowledge of FIS products and services a plus but not requiredA Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Banking and Finance, or an equivalent diplomaWhat We Offer You
