Maintenance And Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead one of our clients maintenance and engineering team, and ensure our factory operates at peak efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Maintenance Fitters, Electricians, and Trades Assistants.Oversee engineering maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules.Ensure prompt and effective breakdown response to minimise downtime.Manage property compliance (BWOFs, resource consents, audits).

Support ISO, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety compliance.Plan and supervise plant installations and modifications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Effectively manage contractors and ensure site safety compliance.Develop and monitor annual maintenance budgets.What We're Looking ForStrong leadership and team management skills.Proven experience in engineering and maintenance management.Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.Knowledge of compliance requirements (ISO, H&S, property regulations).
