We are looking for a talented Chef to join Kalye Manila's kitchen.

Kalye Manila has been proudly serving Filipino favourites in Auckland since 2014. Our goal is simple : to bring the warmth, comfort and nostalgia of home - the Philippines - to every meal we serve. We celebrate authentic Filipino flavours through quality ingredients, healthfelt service, and a deep passion for our culinary roots. Our team is friendly and passionate about great food and great service- and we're looking for people who want to grow with us!

Here is what we are looking for

• Experienced in Filipino / Southeast Asian Cuisine
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training required
• Atleast 2 years experience in commercial kitchen
• Knowledge in Stocktake, Costing and Menu Building
• Strong Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations in local council.
• Ability to work independently
• Baking experience (Preferred)
• Basic advertising / marketing skills
• Computer literate and comfortable with POS systems
• Have working rights in New Zealand.
