Reporting into the Head Coach (Store Manager), you will : Lead : ensure the team provide fantastic customer service!

Coach : provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate your Department (Footwear), through training, performance management, as well as succession and career planningDrive : assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire : care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
