Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a talented team of software developers.

Build a collaborative, inclusive culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

Set clear goals and track progress.

Manage resources, estimate project needs, and oversee contract requirements.

Guide development and management of key business platforms, including Data Management, Field Service Management, and CRM.

Provide expert guidance to overcome complex technical challenges.

Focus on internal and external customer needs to ensure outstanding business and customer outcomes.

What we are looking for

To be successful, you will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field—or 10+ years of experience in software development.

Proven experience leading high-performing software engineering teams is essential.

Prior experience with Agile and traditional IT delivery, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), CI / CD pipelines, containerisation, cyber assurance frameworks (NIST / ISO

  • x), and full-stack development (Java / Python) is highly valued.
