This role
As the Inbound SDR Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our inbound sales development team, ensuring we capitalise on every opportunity to connect with potential customers and drive SAOs. This is a leadership role where you’ll empower your team to deliver exceptional results, optimise lead conversion processes, and provide a world‑class experience for prospects engaging with our brand.

Lead and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed set targets.Develop and implement strategies to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDR team.Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to nurture professional development.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the SDR team.Streamline and optimise outbound prospecting processes to enhance productivity and results.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SDR activities with overall sales operations.Implement effective reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track and analyse key performance metrics.Utilise data‑driven insights to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for strategic adjustments.Create and sustain a high‑performing remote‑first team by fostering connection and collaboration, regardless of location.Leverage remote‑friendly tools and technologies to maintain clear communication, drive engagement, and ensure alignment with team goals.Adapt coaching, development, and team‑building strategies to suit a distributed workforce, ensuring every team member feels supported and valued.Build a culture of accountability and trust in a remote‑first environment, enabling the team to thrive and perform at their best.Who You Are

Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing SDR teams in a fast‑paced B2B environment.Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy implementation.Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.Ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics, ensuring our lead‑generation strategies remain cutting‑edge.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and articulate the team's achievements and challenges.What we can offer
