Chef De Partie / Sous Chef, Waterfront Upmarket Restaurant, Napier. This upmarket gastro bar on the waterside in Napier is looking for a Chef De Partie or Chef for its operation. The restaurant has an open fire in winter and a sun-saturated deck in summer. The Proprietor is a professional who has previously owned a fine dining restaurant and a hotel. Food is European.
