About the role

As the Manager of Logistics and Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth and efficient delivery of products to NZ and Australia. This full-time, hands-on position is based in the New Plymouth warehouse, where you will be responsible for managing a team of two.

What you\'ll be doing

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our logistics functions
• Manage the day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement
• Analyse data and generate reports to provide valuable insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of logistics activities
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate contingency plans to ensure business continuity
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
• Forecast demand and coordinate reordering to maintain supply continuity
• Arrange international shipments and import processes, managing all documentation and compliance requirements
