About Kōwhai Ora – Grounded Growth
Kōwhai Ora is a charitable trust providing trauma-informed, peer-led support for wāhine, rangatahi, and whānau impacted by family harm. We deliver online peer support groups and workshops that create safe, accessible spaces for connection, healing, and growth.
The Role
We are seeking an Admin & Registrations Support Volunteer to assist with the smooth running of our services. This fully remote role ensures participants and referral partners have a seamless experience when engaging with Kōwhai Ora.
Key responsibilities
- Manage online registrations for workshops and peer support groups.
- Process and track referrals from community agencies.
- Keep participant information organised in spreadsheets and databases.
- Provide basic email and administrative support.
- Assist with scheduling, reminders, and resource organisation.
Skills and experience
Good organisational and communication skills.Basic computer literacy (Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Office).Reliable internet and ability to work independently.Respect for confidentiality and handling sensitive information.Prior admin experience is helpful but not required — training provided.What we offer
