We require an innovative and passionate teacher of Te Reo Maori with the ability to teach junior and senior classes.
Responsibilities
Teach junior and senior classes in Te Reo Maori.
Deliver flexible, learner-centred, future-focused learning with a growth mindset.
Cater for diversity and support the school's strategic goals, including alignment with the New Zealand Curriculum and the new education qualification system.
Operate in a reflective, supportive, and collaborative way with a strong commitment to enabling the success of all students, including a focus on Maori and Pasifika achievement.
Contribute to Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L) and Restorative practices; participate in extracurricular opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Current practising certificate issued by the New Zealand Teaching Council.
Ability to teach both junior and senior classes; please state supporting subjects.
Open to both experienced and beginning teachers; committed to inclusive education.
Position Details
Fixed-term, part-time role, commencing 28 January 2026 and ending 27 January 2027.
