Background

As part of our journey to enhance data-driven decision making, we are seeking a Data Lead to shape and support how we govern, manage, and use data. Reporting to the GM Digital, you will establish Electra’s Data Operating Model, support governance frameworks, improve data quality and access, and drive cultural change to support smarter decisions.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support data governance frameworks and processes
• Define and implement data standards, and decision rights
• Support strategic data product delivery and consistent data quality
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to align our data strategy with business needs
• Promote data literacy and a data-informed culture
• Support integration of key systems (SharePoint, GIS, ADMS / SCADA, etc.)
