Customer Care Associate APAC – Remote

Position Overview

Remote is a global platform that helps businesses recruit, pay, and manage international teams. As a Customer Care Associate APAC, you will support our standard users across various verticals through email and live messaging, ensuring an excellent customer journey and strong advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline support to user accounts via email and live chat across all verticals.
  • Resolve tickets efficiently, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining productivity standards.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while championing the customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, cross‑vertical operational teams, and Sales to address customer needs.
  • Act as the user’s voice inside Remote, gathering feedback and advocating for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
  • Hands‑on experience in Customer Support or Customer Enablement within a tech or product environment, with email and live chat support.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and support workflow management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills—diligent, persistent, and patient with teammates and customers.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and a keen interest in modern web technologies.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Nice‑to‑have

  • Experience working in a remote‑first or fast‑growing organization.
  • Familiarity with HR, payroll, healthcare, or pension systems.
