About the Role
As a Problem Freight Officer, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth freight operations and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for managing enquiries, resolving freight issues, and supporting our courier franchisees to keep deliveries moving on time.
This position is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and online.
