Key responsibilities include :
Preparing monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Coordinating timely distribution and receipt of credit card spending
Maintain Bank reconciliations and undertake processing of bank transactions (shared role)
Assisting with Cashflow reporting
Assisting with Monthly and Annual Reporting
Reconciliation of interdivisional transactions and balances
Providing support to the Senior Finance Team
Assisting in ensuring the integrity of MIT's financial data
To be successful in the role you will have :
Degree level qualification in accountancy or a related field, or the equivalent body of knowledge gained through experience.
Relevant accounting experience in a large complex organisation.
Experience using an ERP system (preferably Technology One).
Sound computer skills, particularly Excel.
Demonstrable experience in successful completion of regular Balance sheet and Bank reconciliations and credit card transaction processing.
