Key skills and experience we’re looking for :

• Deep experience in AI workflow engineering, delivering automation solutions
• Hands‑on expertise with Copilot Studio (or similar platform), building and optimising AI agents
• Strong business analyst workflow process skills
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and agent prioritisation
• Experience delivering user training and supporting technology adoption
• Project experience and stakeholder management in large, complex environments
• Technical architecture and system integration knowledge
• Leadership skills, including mentoring and supporting others
• A proactive, analytical mindset and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
