Job descriptionProven 3+ years experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role in sales or business management. Job Details : Location : Auckland
Employment Type : Full-Time, permanent
Salary : $30-35 / hour, negotiable, depending on your skills and experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and operational targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock levels efficiently
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling and reporting
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
