Export Logistics Coordinator

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Export Logistics Manager, we are looking for an Export Logistics Co‑ordinator to process and dispatch Vitaco stock transfers, international and contract customer orders and keep relevant stakeholders informed of the status of orders through the process.

Key Responsibilities

These will include, but are not limited to :

• Completing export documentation
• Coordinating import / export permits and export certificates
• Working closely with nominated freight forwarding partners
• Monitoring production schedules and releases of finished product to be exported
• Communicating relevant information regarding shipments, outstanding permits or issues to key stakeholders
• Providing support to our International Market Managers along with maintaining our customer database
