As a Senior Personal Banker, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers with their lending needs, guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions they'll ever make.

Be a trusted advisor for our customers

Offer a full range of services including home loans, insurance and everyday banking

Share your knowledge of the local market to guide confident decisions

Support your team by mentoring others and solving complex customer needs

You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and be part of a team that values collaboration, encourages fresh ideas, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing for each customer.

Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals

Provide clear, considered advice on lending options, insurance, and investments

Be the go-to person in branch for complex queries and home loan advice

Support and coach junior team members to develop their confidence

Identify and connect with new customers through local networking and referrals

Strong communication skills and a natural way of making others feel at ease

Confidence in discussing financial products in a clear and meaningful way

Experience in a Lending role
