National Healthcare Group Polyclinics (NHGP) offers basic primary dental care as well as intermediate-level dental services. This includes a broad range of Operative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics and Minor Oral Surgery. Dental Surgeons are responsible for the quality of care in the management of patients with dental conditions. As part of the quality management, Dental Surgeons provide clinical mentorship and organize dental care at the clinics. In addition to clinical care, they are required to carry out clinical audits and hold administrative / leadership duties as assigned. Responsibilities

• Lead the respective clinics in providing dental care to the community.
• Ensure quality of care in the management of patients with dental conditions.
• Provide clinical mentorship and organize dental care at the clinics.
• Carry out clinical audits and fulfill administrative / leadership duties as assigned.
• Maintain patient and staff safety with a focus on infection control.
