This key role within our store requires a quick thinker to join our Seasonal team.

As a sales assistant, you will recommend products, solutions, and inspiration to customers across outdoor furniture, BBQs, camping, cooling, and heating equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and recommend products effectively.

Handle stock matters and customer service issues.

Work closely with the Retail Manager.

Remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.

Requirements

Effective selling skills and commitment to customer service.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to multi-task and follow up promptly.

Physically fit to handle lifting and assembling items.

Confidence to make decisions.

Positive attitude.

Computer savvy.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent role for 42.5 hours per week, reporting to the Retail Manager.

Experience in retail or similar roles is beneficial.
