Job Description
As Doorperson, you are the first welcome and the final farewell — the quiet confidence at the heart of our guest arrival experience.
In this role of presence and poise, you will greet each guest with warmth, attentiveness, and a refined heartfelt service that reflects the essence of our hotel.
You will be entrusted with creating effortless transitions : opening doors, assisting with luggage, and offering a sense of calm and care from the very first interaction.
Beyond the door, you'll support the broader Concierge and Front Office team in delivering a seamless guest journey — including valet service performed with precision, lobby presentation, and maintaining a secure, polished environment.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, refined service from arrival to departure.
Open doors, assist with luggage, and support seamless transitions for guests.
Support Concierge and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest journey.
Assist with valet service and contribute to lobby presentation.
Maintain a secure, polished environment and uphold professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
Hold a full, clean driver's license.
Ability to initiate contacts and establish rapport easily.
Project a professional image through personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organise time and work efficiently.
You will need to hold working rights for New Zealand.
