Permanent role based in Onehunga Competitive remuneration and genuine long-term career pathways.We are looking for a Service Supervisor to work with our client in Onehunga, Auckland.Join a growing team with a stable, well-established company culture with clear procedures and expectations.Permanent role based in OnehungaCompetitive remuneration and genuine long-term career pathwaysResponsibilities : Managing daily customer-service enquiries and coordinating remedial work requestsAllocating and scheduling technicians for maximum efficiency and minimal travelArranging materials, tools and site access so no job is held up by missing gearReceiving completed job sheets, updating the database and finalising invoicingMonitoring timesheets and GPS tracking, reporting discrepancies promptlyLiaising with service, accounts and warehouse teams to streamline operationsChasing overdue quotes, following up holds and maintaining client key-holder listsAbout you : We are looking for an organised team player who thrives in structured environments.

Ideal candidate will have : Previous scheduling experience - ideally in a technical or trade settingSound knowledge of Excel at Microsoft Office and database systems (Access or MYOB exposure would be beneficial)Previous industry experience in Fire Protection space would be highly advantageousExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors and internal teamsAbility to multitask and juggle urgent calls, preventative maintenance and remedial worksGreat problem-solving skills Interested?
