Location : Croydon

Salary : £50,000 base + 20% commission

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Leasehold Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Croydon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with strong knowledge of the leasehold / property sector who can identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company's commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities within the leasehold sector

Develop strong relationships with freeholders, managing agents, developers, and related partners

Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective clients

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

Track performance, analyse trends, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

About You

Proven experience in leasehold, property management, real estate, or a related industry

Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills

Target-driven with the motivation to exceed expectations

Confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

What We Offer

£50,000 base salary

20% commission scheme

Monday–Friday working pattern

20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
