Site Foreman - Porirua Landfill

We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join our team at Porirua Landfill. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ensuring the safe and efficient running of daily operations while supporting important environmental management activities on site.

In this role, you will :

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the landfill gas systems and environmental controls
• Install new and modify existing PE gas pipe systems on site
• Divert and contour storm water runoff and silt control
• Support key operational works such as landfill gas, stormwater, leachate, and cover construction and maintenance
• Maintain the site to a high standard, including litter, vegetation, and surface emissions control, occasionally supervising contractors to complete assigned projects

This role is central to keeping the landfill running safely, smoothly, and in line with environmental requirements.
