Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and vendors, providing seamless support from onboarding through post‑sale.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage a sales pipeline, tracking clients through each sales stage.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, delivering high‑quality customer engagement.
• Collaborate on building strategic partnerships with clients and vendors.
• Plan, route, and schedule trucking operations to optimize efficiency and meet service standards.
• Coordinate client requirements from the portal, aligning operations with expectations.
• Select suitable hauliers, balancing quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Track job progress, provide reporting, and resolve disputes between hauliers and clients.
• Review completed jobs for accurate billing, providing finance with all necessary charge details.
• Undertake additional duties to support the company’s commercial and operational goals.
