Who we are
At Pet Refuge, we believe no one should have to choose between their own safety and the safety of their beloved pet.
We provide temporary shelter and care for pets while their owners escape family violence, so that families can find safety together.
Every supporter, big or small, plays a role in making this possible.
That's why supporter care is at the heart of everything we do.
The role
As our Supporter Services Executive (Supporter-Focused), you'll deliver exceptional supporter care and ensure supporter records and donations are managed with accuracy and care.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our valued supporters - answering queries, processing donations, sending receipts, and making outbound thank-you and retention calls.
This role plays a key part in growing our monthly giving and bequest programmes, ensuring supporters feel appreciated and engaged every step of the way.
You'll work closely with a data-focused counterpart, so while you'll need capability across all supporter services tasks, your main focus will be our supporters.
Salary will be pro-rata to 20 hours.

What we're looking for
Minimum 3+ years' experience in CRM systems (Raiser's Edge experience a plus)
Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based supporter interactions
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Intermediate+ Excel skills, with strong organisational ability
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment
What we offer
