Role

You’ll be part of a team of over 60 civil engineers, project managers and construction professionals working across a wide range of infrastructure projects including :

  • Urban redevelopment and streetscape upgrades
  • Land development
  • Roading and highways
  • Industrial and buildings
  • Water, power, ports, airports and rail

With a strong pipeline of work and increasing market opportunities, we’re looking to grow our team to support ongoing delivery and success.

Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in a consulting environment working on the design and delivery of infrastructure projects
  • A broad civil engineering ‘generalist’ skillset, with experience across planning, design, and construction support
  • Familiarity with local standards, consenting, and regulatory approval processes
  • Proficiency in civil design and modelling software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads Designer, or 12D
  • A collaborative, can‑do attitude and a passion for learning and mentoring others
  • Experience managing project commercials and working directly with clients
  • CPEng or equivalent registration (or actively working towards it within 6–12 months)

    • Bonus points if you have experience with utilities, site development, land transport, or projects in Australia or the Pacific. A good sense of humour is always welcome – we love to have fun along the way!
