The Opportunity

We are looking for a

Customer Service Assistant

to join our Customer Service Team.

This role is all about providing behind-the-scenes support that helps our organisation run smoothly and ensures our staff and visitors experience a professional and welcoming environment.

As part of this busy and friendly team, you'll take responsibility for :

Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to a high standard.

Coordinating catering and stationery requests.

Supporting travel, training, and accommodation bookings.

Assisting with vehicle fleet administration and corporate uniform coordination.

Stepping in to support Customer Service Officer duties when required.

We're seeking someone who :

Takes pride in creating clean, organised, and welcoming spaces.

Is reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

Has strong attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.

Is calm, professional, and approachable when dealing with staff and visitors.

Enjoys working as part of a supportive, down-to-earth team and brings a sense of humour to the workplace.

You'll also need :

A current driver's licence.

Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

An understanding of administrative processes would be an advantage.

Salary range for this role is $55k - $75k (mid-point $65k) with five weeks' annual leave - because work-life balance matters.
