As Supply Planning & Inventory Specialist you are or have :
Analytically minded with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the business.Passionate about data analysis and problem-solving, proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office, particularly proficient in Excel.Strong multitasking abilities, adept at managing time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.A forward thinker who works calmly under pressure, takes ownership of quick decisions and problem solving. You are highly organised with a flexible and growth mind-set.Confident in communicating, engaging, and influencing stakeholders and business partners to deliver business goals.Keen interest in logistics processes, comfortable operating at both tactical and operational levels, with a proven track record of achieving results.Self-driven and proactive; you can capitalise on tasks without needing strict direction and work autonomously.To be considered for this role experience in the following is essential :

As Supply Planning & Inventory Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Supporting operational forecasting and collaborating with commercial partners to monitor and improve forecast accuracy.Acting as the go-to contact for range administration and supply-related queries across departments.Managing range planning and ensuring alignment with sales space parameters and product availability.Maintaining the store's assortment, including new and outgoing items, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Ensuring stock accuracy through proactive monitoring and action.Supporting local commercial activations to enhance customer experience and drive sales.Building strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and operational excellence.What you need to know
This role is permanent, full-time.The internal role title is Fulfilment Integration SpecialistThis role requires availability to work 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm weekdays and weekend shifts, as our store operates 7 days a week.Work locations include IKEA Sylvia Park and our External Warehouse in Mangere.As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates. which includes Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.IKEA is a non-smoking workplace.No staff parking onsite – please use public transport where possible.We need people like you
