About the Role
The Head of Leadership and Performance will work alongside our leadership team to get the best out of our business and people.
A key focus in this role will be creating a culture of accountability, clarity, and high performance.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and Operations Manager, you will be coaching and supporting both leaders and team members to develop capability and confidence to deliver at the highest levels.
This role requires strong abilities in both strategic planning and operational delivery. You will be partnering with the Group General Manager and Director of Sales to turn goals into actionable, measurable plans.
You will have an open brief to work with leaders in the business to identify and action improvements with systems, processes, operations and delivery.
Regular travel to our Auckland office will be required.
About You
We are looking for good experience in senior, change and improvement focused management roles. A good understanding of HR best practice and people management is essential, and a people focused, empathetic style will work best in our business.
You will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen to be successful in this role. Experience in a sales organisation will be an advantage and strong skillset around business and operational planning is required.
Above all, you should bring a genuine ability to coach, influence and build accountability across multiple teams.
