About the Role
The Prevention Directorate, NPHS has 2 fixed term opportunities for Delivery Leads to join the HPV Screening team. Reporting to the Programme Manager, Cervical Screening.
The Delivery Lead operates at a delivery level responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to deliver both technology products and programme services to support and improve cervical screening processes and outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with other Delivery Leads and key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the effective design and implementation of technology products and services. This involves managing and guiding delivery teams, to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business. The role is also responsible for maintaining delivery excellence and aligning services with strategic goals.

About you
You will be an experienced delivery lead who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and getting ‘stuck in' with a range of work. You have the ability to draw on relevant longer-term experience specific to the job and work demands. You have proven experience in proactively identifying and managing risks and issues associated with the programme and / or business processes.
