Job Description
Oaks Auckland Hotel, proudly operated by Minor Hotels and owned by Mulpha , is looking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales function and drive commercial performance across corporate, government, MICE, and leisure markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sales direction of a high-profile CBD property while contributing to the broader growth of the Oaks New Zealand portfolio.
As Director of Sales, you will take ownership of revenue generation through proactive business development, key account management, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and market positioning. You will play a crucial role in strengthening our presence within the Auckland market while leading high-value initiatives that maximise occupancy, revenue, and long-term commercial success.
