This role leads Moodi’s influencer, creator, and other paid content initiatives to drive acquisition and performance outcomes. This role manages the full funnel of creator partnerships and paid content execution to deliver strong ROI and scalable growth.
You’ll build, lead, and scale our influencer and content creation programmes through the next phase of rapid growth. This role is critical in identifying opportunities, building systems that scale and helping drive profitable growth.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role, suited to someone who can design, build and optimise scalable marketing programmes and implement processes that drive incremental improvement.

What you’ll do
Creator & Customer Content
- Define and deliver the creator and customer content strategies to achieve Objectives and Key Results.
- Build and lead the creator programme end-to-end, maintaining a strong pipeline of diverse, high-performing content.
- Improve processes by designing scalable systems, leveraging AI tools, and building automations.
- Negotiate creator terms and fees to maximise ROI while maintaining strong relationships.
Influencer Content
Develop and execute Moodi’s influencer strategy with clear objectives and measurable results.Build and manage the influencer programme end-to-end, including seeded, paid, and long-term partnerships.Oversee briefing, negotiation, content QA, and performance tracking.Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive brand and performance goals.Track results and provide insights to inform future strategies.Paid Campaigns
Contribute to creative concepts and iterations, and partner with Growth and Brand teams to align messaging and objectives.Manage the end-to-end procurement of high production, in-house or other content for paid channels.Identify new content opportunities and stay across new formats, creators, and trends to inform strategy.Track key metrics for paid performance and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through experimentation and iteration.Monitor budgets and spend across creator, influencer, and paid activity.Other Channels
Support planning and lead execution of content for campaigns across out-of-home, radio, print, and other channels.Manage timelines, creative delivery, and media coordination to ensure strong execution.What you’ll need
At least 5 years of experience in performance or digital marketing within a high-growth consumer brand or agencyExperience managing creators and influencers, including sourcing, briefing, negotiating, and reviewing content.Experience working closely with creative teams to inform content that converts and builds brand equity.Exceptional analytical skills with a data-backed decision-making approach and an ability to identify trends and insights.Strong financial acumen, with the ability to tie marketing actions to financial outcomes.Excellent project management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.Process-driven, organised and proactive, with a track record of building and implementing systems and processes that scale.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and nurturing strong relationships.Curious and innovative, with a strong interest in emerging technologies, platforms, formats and creator trends.Deep alignment with Moodi’s mission, vision, and values.Based in our Auckland Office.
