We're looking for a Logistics Team Leader to join our high-performing team and help us deliver excellence across our supply chain.About The RoleAs our Logistics Team Leader, is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be managing two drivers and overseeing the movement of goods in and out of our site.

You'll be managing the yard, coordinating transport, and ensuring accuracy of stock and inventory control.

You'll play a key role in driving performance, fostering a strong safety culture, and continuously improving processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate a team while overseeing the accurate picking, packing, and coordination of daily transport logistics to meet operational targetsEnsure compliance with health & safety and quality standardsCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics activitiesMonitor inventory accuracy and support stock control processesIdentify and implement process improvementsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless serviceAbout YouProven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop othersExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesStrong numeracy skills paired with a proactive, hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindsetValid Forklift Licence and Class 2 Driver's Licence requiredWhat's in it for You?
