Finance & Claims Administrator – Palmerston North (Higgins)

We have an exciting fixed term opportunity (maternity cover, through to February 2027) for an experienced Finance & Claims Administrator to join the Higgins Green Team in Palmerston North. Reporting to our Regional Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our finance team while managing claims processes with accuracy and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting the finance team with administration duties, including transaction processing
• Managing accounts payable and receivable tasks as required
• Raising and tracking Purchase Orders
• Preparing financial and claims reports for the team
• Coordinating and undertaking audits when required
• Administering and maintaining databases, including Fleet Management and Asset Register
• Supporting claims management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• General administration responsibilities
