3D Civil Designer / Technician - Land Development

We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Designer / Technician to join our dynamic team in Auckland. About the role

As a Civil Designer / Technician with us, you will work on a range of land development projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Responsible for the preparation of detailed design and documentation, consent applications, and reports for subdivisions, roading, earthworks, drainage and storm water design; and construction monitoring.

About you

• BEng Civil Engineering orNZCE Diploma in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification, with 2-3 yearsexperience within a consultancy delivering land development projects.
• Experience designing and detailing civil engineering projects in AutoCAD, Civil 3D. Civil 3D preferred but not essential.
• Working knowledge ofcivil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codes. Design compliant with NZTA and NZBC and relative standards requirements and be motivated to learn and develop your expertise.
• Adaptable with a high attention to detail and excellent planning, organising and time management skills
• Relish technical challenges and problem solving involved in producing the latest technical designs
• Enjoy working in a team environment and communicating with a wide range of people
