Glassblower at Glassworks Studio. We are excited to welcome a talented Glassblower to our team. As a Glassblower, you will play a crucial role in the creation of exquisite glass products using your glassblowing skills and artistic vision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring creative concepts to life through glassblowing techniques
• Operate and maintain glassblowing equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
• Produce a variety of glass pieces, from decorative art pieces to functional glassware, following established designs or custom specifications
• Monitor and control the temperature and shaping of molten glass to achieve desired results
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure working environment
